Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Yellow Highlighter. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging and tags.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process as mentioned above, and then place a new order for the item you desire.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping
